Operation Instructions
Copper foil and DMD prepreg are typically wound alternately. Precise epoxy coating requires a glue impregnation machine. The processing of DMD fabric includes: feed rollers → glue impregnation rollers (fully immersed in the resin tank) → liquid removal rollers → glue scraping mechanism (excess resin is removed by rubber scrapers and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner) → winding process.
